The rainbow is a symbol of love and joy, and it is now being used by the US military as a symbol for all the rainbow-colored apparel, apparel, and accessories it sells.
But there is a catch: It has to be manufactured in the United States, not China.
The US military is now the world’s largest exporter of apparel, clothing, and footwear made in China.
It’s also the world leader in the world of fashion, thanks to its extensive supply chain and extensive sourcing.
But the military is also a source of criticism, as its apparel is often poorly designed and/or the materials used are not uniform.
That’s where Rainbow Industries comes in.
In 2015, the Pentagon awarded the company a $10 million contract to make and ship apparel, fashion accessories, and shoes.
The military, which had previously rejected Rainbow Industries as an alternative supplier for its military-supplied products, now is willing to take a chance on a company that’s actually making good products.
This was a key win for the military in a time of fiscal pressures.
In December, Rainbow Industries was awarded $10.8 million in funding from the Defense Department to create a new, small, and diversified factory in Virginia, which will produce clothing, apparel and footwear for the US Army and Marine Corps.
It is the latest effort to diversify the company’s supply chain, and this is part of a broader strategy of reorienting the company away from its focus on military-related products.
The deal, which was announced on Thursday, is one of many that have come out of the Pentagon’s Defense Innovation Fund, which also includes the National Institutes of Health, NASA, and the National Science Foundation.
It was also part of an announcement of a $25 million, five-year grant program to help small businesses that are growing and expanding across the US.
The Army’s new apparel factory, on the other hand, will be an industrial center, with some of the most sophisticated manufacturing equipment in the nation.
The company will be producing a range of apparel that will be available to the military, the public, and military contractors.
In a statement, the Army said that the factory will help bring the military “a more integrated supply chain,” which includes apparel, footwear, and other accessories.
“The Army is one that has long sought a manufacturing facility to support the military’s manufacturing efforts in the states and across the globe,” the statement read.
The project, which is part-funded by the Defense Innovation Initiative, will also include a number of initiatives that have already been completed in the Army.
It will include training in new equipment and processes, as well as a new manufacturing facility for manufacturing, processing, and distribution of military-specific apparel.
The announcement also noted that the new factory will be “a major milestone” in the development of the company, which already employs more than 100 people.
“This factory will make a significant contribution to the Army’s overall supply chain efforts and to the broader supply chain that we have in place to support our mission,” it said.
The new factory, which the Army says will produce more than 300,000 garments per year, is expected to be finished in 2017.
“We are pleased to have been selected to provide the Army with a new industrial base for the manufacture of its apparel products and to assist in the overall modernization of the supply chain of the Army,” said Mark Zirkelbach, vice president of business development for the Defense Industrial Association, which represents manufacturers of military clothing, footwear and apparel.
Zirkels company, DIA, said in a statement that the project is “an important first step toward achieving its long-term goal of enhancing the supply chains for the Army, the Department of Defense, and its contractor partners.”
The Army hopes that the facility will also help it move away from using Chinese-made products and toward a more “American” approach to manufacturing, said Col. Michael O’Connell, the head of the Air Force’s Combat Development Command, which oversees the military apparel and apparel supply chain.
“With the support of the DIA and the Army [and] DIA having a factory here, we’re going to be able to get more products into the market, which helps us continue to meet our goal of reducing our reliance on Chinese-built products,” O’Conner said.
Rainbow Industries, the military contractor that’s been working with the Army for years, has been an industry leader for decades.
In 2014, it was awarded the Navy’s largest contract for apparel and clothing production, valued at more than $1.2 billion.
